We live in such a toxic world these days. And it seems that it is catching up with us. Reading through the news feeds I keep seeing graphs of scary correlations. Sugar, processed food and the low fat diet vs obesity, cardiovascular disease and diabetes is a big topic of discussion these days all over the media.
The latest one is the USDA graph of the use of glycophosphate vs the increase in autism in children. The rate of Autism is not nearly 1 in 68 children (1 in 42 boys and 1 in 189 girls) (per Dr. David Perlmutter). This chart was included in an article from the Medical Daily:
Glycophosphate is an approved herbicide used to control weeds in corn and soybeans, plus some varieties of wheat. Measurable quantities of the herbicide have been found in urine samples and Americans have the highest levels. Worse yet… breast milk shows high quantities of the toxin.
From the Medical Daily:
“By 2025, half the children born in the United States will be diagnosed with autism, says Dr. Stephanie Seneff, a senior research scientist at the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory. “Is there a toxic substance that is currently in our environment on the rise in step with increasing rates of autism that could explain this?” She asks in a 2013 presentation (video below) sponsored by Wellesley League of Women Voters. “The answer is yes, I’m quite sure that I’m right, and the answer is glyphosate.””
We all should encourage the USDA & EPA to ban the use of glycophosphate!
