“It is time to wind back the harms caused by the junk food industry’s public relations machinery. Let us bust the myth of physical inactivity and obesity. You cannot outrun a bad diet.”

That statement says it all.
For more than forty years we have been told to workout 30 minutes a day and to count our calories to achieve our ideal health. Where has it gotten us? Obesity rates have skyrocketed while physical activity has stayed the same. We have given up “bad” fats and spent hours on the treadmill and still we are watching our bellies baloon. Diabetes, heart disease, alzheimers and cancers are all at very high rates. I’ll say it, the population is sick.
The key to healthy bodies and healthy weight is to quit putting the unhealthy and unneeded sugar and carbs in them. We dont need carbohydrates to exercise or to maintain health. In fact it is just the opposite. Cut the carbs and watch your health improve!
