Life doesn’t happen in slow motion! We all need a strong foundation that prepares us for a long, strong, active lifestyle. B.A.S.E. Game is a 60 minute, medium intensity workout focused on Balance, Agility, Strength and Endurance. B.A.S.E. training emphasizes proper form and execution, dynamic movements, and mind-body connection while leveraging a variety of games and fun drills that keep you coming back for more!

Couch to 5K (Seasonal)
Under the guidance of the FitnessEDGE RRCA certified coaches, beginners will start with walking and learn basics of running. Those with a little more experience can develop speed and distance. Your coaches will provide customized weekly programs over 10 weeks that motivate and energize the runner within you. Participation in the C25K entitles you to free admission to the annual RoxTrot 5K in May. This program is conducted in cooperation with Person County Recreation, Arts and Parks.

Indoor Bike Trainer Night (Seasonal)
Don’t let the winter salt and sand deteriorate your road bike training plans. Join fellow cycle enthusiasts and take your training indoors. Trainer Night will have you road ready for the Spring by combining cycle specific on and off-bike exercises along with sprints, climbs, and paced rides. All you need to bring is your own bike and trainer, we’ll provide the workout and the motivation.
Your core muscles are intended to facilitate smooth, efficient movements in multiple planes of motion. Join me for a 45 minute session aimed at improving your core stability, strength and balance. Class includes both floor exercises along with upright/vertical actions that will prepare your body for various postures and loading.

This FREE instructional clinic is a hands-on event with a USA Cycling Certified Coach covering the basics of bike fit, safety, maintenance and rules of the road as well as riding techniques including group riding dynamics, power vs. RPM, shifting strategies and more!
